After growing up in Spartanburg, Graham graduated the University of South Carolina in 2006 with a degree in English and a minor in Business Administration. Soon after, he joined Pack and Company in 2007. Graham learned much about the appraisal field at an early age through his father, Gil, and it didn't take him long to realize what he wanted to do in his career. While in college, he took appraisal courses on the side and focused on his long term plan. Graham is now licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, performing all types of appraisals and specializing in commercial, industrial, and land appraisals. Most recently Graham became a licensed Realtor and has enjoyed helping buyers and sellers navigate the current market with his unique insight and background.
Graham finds motivation and satisfaction in his work because of the opportunity to meet new people every day and explore different types of properties throughout Spartanburg, Greenville, and the surrounding counties. He enjoys that fact that each day presents a fresh start and a new challenge. His enthusiastic nature and strong work ethic epitomize the quality of his work which he has become well known for in the real estate community.
