Growing up in a military family, Chelsea’s father proudly served as a Marine, where she learned the importance of dedication, resilience, and the value of community. Though she moved frequently as a child, her roots were always in Spartanburg, where both her parents were raised. After graduating from Beaufort High School in 2013, she chose to attend USC Upstate and soon realized that Spartanburg was where she wanted to build her future.
 
While in college, she met her husband Jerrad, and together, they decided to plant their roots in this incredible city that feels like home. Today, with their two young boys, Michael James and Cayden Luke, and a close-knit family nearby, Spartanburg is where they live, work, and thrive.
 
With a degree in Education and experience in Human Resources and Marketing, Chelsea has always been passionate about helping others and fostering connections. Her journey eventually led her to real estate after the birth of their second son, as she realized her passion for people, community, and helping families find their ideal home.
